A bit above a mean of zero return, a bit below, then BOOM! the Great Housing Bubble and subsequent crash. Going nowhere but in an interesting way.

ReplyDelete1995 is your pivot for this whole shebang isn't it TL? An interesting choice of year. You can see the clear pivot up in the stock charts from that date and the banking industry had "pivotal changes" that year also.
